Michelle joined Criteria in 2020, having built a successful career in recruitment and in learning and development within a large multi-national organization. Her experience across her time in recruitment included candidate sourcing, interviewing, client management and more. In L&D her role entailed developing training resources, delivering training for recruiters, and supporting in large scale system roll outs. Within Criteria, Michelle is a Customer Success Manager supporting Australian and global enterprise clients across a broad range of industries. As a bubbly Canadian who is very customer oriented, she strives to provide a great client experience through partnering with her clients to successfully implement Criteria’s assessments and video interviews and ensuring that both People & Culture teams and Hiring Managers receive a high level of value out of their Criteria tools.
